Partnering with major US and international retailers, we collaborate on an array of projects to launch new products, enhance brand impact, and expand product collections into new market segments. With a profound understanding of consumer trends, emerging markets, marketing, and merchandising, we skillfully articulate your brand's narrative with meticulous attention to detail. Meet The Founder:

I’m Jade.

A Business Development & Sales Consultant based between Los Angeles and New York. Before founding the Gem Agency I enjoyed leading business development for entreprenuers in emerging markets.

Born and raised in Los Angeles. Learned a lot pursuing my BFA and MFA in Retail Marketing. Worked and explored in New York, London, Paris, and Tokyo. I created the Gem Agency in 2014 to represent emerging brands led by underrepresented founders. I knew my previous experience in Sales, Production, Distribution, Licensing, Private Label, and Product & Brand development could be useful anywhere, but I wanted a more meaningful connection to my work and decided my time and experience was best used as a launch pad for emerging brands with large aspirations and potential, but limited resources.

I’m a multifaceted retail & wholesale business consultant leaving my strategy & development fingerprints on the retail world at every turn. From developing emerging brands, expanding products into new markets, and re-imagining traditional opportunities. I am inspired by creators, visionaries, entrepreneurs, & brands, and I’m passionate about helping them share what they do with the world.

We created a 5-day camp to spark new ideas and help teens understand and navigate the retail lifecycle. We also explored target customers, product development, selling, marketing, and business planning. The week concluded with each attendee presenting their ideal retail product and store concept.
